The Walsenburg Jr./Sr. Highschool Outdoor Education Program and Outdoor Club strives to connect students with the natural world. We endeavor to partner with local organizations, such as Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Panadero Ski Corporation, and Huerfano Youth Conservation Corps, to provide students with recreational, educational, and career opportunities in Colorado’s great outdoors! Additionally, we plan multiple field trips throughout the year, including annual ski, indoor rock climbing, and hiking trips.
